Yoga+wellness experiences

We specialize in a variety of wellness services. These services can be booked independently, or as an add-on to your glamping stay.

  • Experience a 60-minute practice with a wonderful yoga community at Pure Awareness, every Wednesday at 6pm. Open to all levels. Enjoy our open-air yoga pavilion in the spring/summer, and our indoor studio in fall/winter. Bring your own mat. Props will be on hand for your use.

    Drop-ins welcome: $15 per class

    Save with a membership: $50 monthly

  • Learn about the unseen benefits we receive from our plant friends of the forest, as we take you on an immersive sensory experience into the forest. Learn more here on the blog.

    30 - 45 minute experience - $20 per person

  • Experience the medicine of Mother Cacoa in this meditative ceremony. Cacao is a plant ally whose medicine can bring the heart and mind together, allowing the heart to be your compass, and the mind to whisper wisdom.

    A cacao ceremony is an opportunity to connect and open your heart. Because of cacao’s ability to increase your connection to the inner self and your heart chakra, it aids in any transformational shift you are working towards, whether you are looking to deepen your understanding of who you are, or to release old patterns and traumas.

    Whatever your path, the intention is yours to set, and the cacao allows you to gain the insight and awareness to move towards that goal. Read more on the blog.

    1 hr experience - $45 per person

  • What is Ceremony? It is the outer expression of the inner connection to spirit. Getting into the habit of creating Ceremony is a beautiful mindful experience, and when we take time to contemplate all we have to be grateful for, it moves us out of scarcity mindset, into realizing our abundant lives.

    This is a treasure hunt that transforms the mundane into the magical as you forage the treasures that will fill your gratitude altar. Practice generosity, learn to set an intention, devote it as an offering for your life, as a celebration for your wellbeing, or as a way to mark an occasion.

    Flows well with Forest Therapy Experience or Cacao Ceremony.

    30 - 45 minute experience - $20 per person

  • The Labyrinth Experience is the perfect antidote to the A-type personality. It is a great way to start your stay with us, to slow down and let go of the fast paced life many of us live daily.

    It can help you set the intention for the rest of your time spent here at Pure Awareness, and gives you the space to notice things that arise in your inner landscape that may not be working for your highest good.

    30 min experience - $20 per person

  • These asana classes are led by owner and founder of Pure Awareness, Carmon Frick.

    Sound, breath and movement are utilized to bring a sense of ease to the body and mind and help to forge a connection to one’s inner sanctuary. Each week is a little different, with a slightly different focus, but accessible to all levels. Class length is 75 min.

    Bring your own mat. Props will be on hand for your use.

    Private - Less than 4 people -$25 per person

    Small group - 4-8 people- $20 per person

    Group - 8 or more people - $15 per person

  • Absolutely anyone can practice Yoga Nidra, as it does not take any physical skill and is generally practiced lying down. It has immense appeal for those who struggle to let go, and it also has immense value for those suffering from sleep deprivation, trauma, anxiety or depression. It’s also perfect for those who have always been curious about the deep states of meditation they have perhaps read about or stumbled across themselves, but have never been able to recreate.

    Yoga Nidra takes us effortlessly into a state of harmonious, restful being. From here, we can be healed, restored and awakened to our deepest, all-knowing, all-welcoming self. It’s a sublime practice, gaining popularity the world over, and ongoing research continues to prove its effectiveness.
