Join me on the exploration of the subtle aspects of the practice of yoga, as we move through asana, pranayama, and guided meditations, learning the tools we need to understand who we are and how to thrive in the challenging times we call life.
During this 7 week program, we focus on a different Chakra, through asana, breath and meditation geared towards brining balance to the body, mind and spirit, as well as an overview to provide understanding of the Chakra system
Our 3rd eye energy centre is associated with higher knowledge. As you work to open the Ajna chakra, you can begin to see things as they actually are without the projection of our ego self. From there, you can begin to move toward the things you value in life more efficiently.
