Pure Awareness


Join me on the exploration of the subtle aspects of the practice of yoga, as we move through asana, pranayama, and guided meditations, learning the tools we need to understand who we are and how to thrive in the challenging times we call life.

 What is your true purpose in life? Why are you here in this life, this body, in this
place and time?

We begin series of classes for the month of February, (Heart Month) looking at our deepest heart felt desire. Bring a JOURNAL, to contemplate the weekly question at the end of our physical practice. This practice and process help us clear away the fog of the mind that keeps us from hearing that note we were meant to play in this symphony of life.

Bring a journal for some self inquiry after class to make the most of this series. Also a block,( or 2), a strap and blanket will be helpful to have at every practice just in case you need it.

Our Weekly classes now take place on Zoom until further notice.
You can join us live in the Zoom Room or request the recording to practice on your own time. Class will be available to you for 1 week.
