Each class begins with connection to breath and ends with a short meditation, what happens in-between changes from week to week. We draw inspirations from what is happening in nature around us, the seasons, and many other sources, and themes. All classes utilize strengthening and energizing sequences as well as learning how to relax and let go to find your way to a blissful calmer you. Previous experience with yoga asana is helpful, but not mandatory. Different options will be offered for different bodies and abilities.
