Danielle has been teaching Yoga for 10 years, and practicing for 20 years. She began practicing to compliment her training as a young athlete and upon retirement from the sport, to cope and thrive through battles with severe anxiety and depression. She is an E-RYT 500, Teacher Training Facilitator and lululemon ambassador. Learning new things lights Danielles fire and she is continues to further her studies. The message has evolved over years of practice, teaching and training but the intention is the same; to enrich and empower others through the practice of yoga so they may begin to see both themselves and the world clearly. Danielle sees her yoga practice as a safe space to prepare for life off the mat. In this controlled stress environment we can experiment, take chances, and learn to cultivate the abilities to nurture the self, body, mind, and spirit. Danielle believes that yoga can be accessible to all, in her classes you can expect modifications and variations for all levels of students. Danielle is a lover of all things flow so you can expect to see elements of Evolved Astanga, Vinyasa, and intelligent sequencing throughout, balanced with deep pranayama, intention, meditation and mantra. After many years of vigorous vinyasa flow practice Danielle found a love and to be honest need to slow down. Yin, Restorative Yoga, and Meditation have become an integral part of both her practice and teaching. She now believes more than ever that these methods are crucial to facilitate balance, especially in our fast paced lifestyles.
