Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 10:00 AM, you can move your body and still the mind to find the healing benefits that yoga asana, pranayama and meditation can offer. You will get stronger, feel calmer, experience better focus and equanimity. This is a great way to start your day, and keep your week flowing.
Prior yoga experience will be helpful for this class.
