This class is designed for bodies that could use a slower, gentler class, and individuals that are interested in the healing benefits of breath work, & mediation. You will learn to use props, including chairs, to allow the practice of yoga to meet you where you are, as you begin a journey toward better mobility, strength and resiliency through mindfulness. If you have mobility issues, are recovering from injury or surgery, have abundance in places that gets in the way in other yoga classes, or maybe you just need to breath and move without having to do a single down dog, then this class is for you!
