Join us for this mindful and interactive Forest Therapy session to boost immunity, bring you to your centre and balance circadian rhythms as we move into fall.

Studies have shown this practice to create decreased anxiety and a strengthened immune system, and have shown that people who spend time in the forest inhale beneficial bacteria, plant-based essential oils, and negatively charged ions. The Association of Nature & Forest Therapy lists myriad benefits including reduced blood pressure, increased energy, creativity and increased ability to focus.

Allow a 2 hour window for this practice that will engage the senses and facilitate a contemplative experience, offering invitations to interact with the forest in a meaningful and healing way.

(Pass holders may use your existing pass for this session)

Must pre-register, as we will have limited space for social distancing. (15 maximum capacity)

We will meet in the Yoga Shelter for a short briefing and centering mediation before heading out into the forest.


Please be prepared for the day….

1. Wear appropriate clothing for the weather – you will be outdoors
2. Water bottle
3. Yoga Mat or cushion for the yoga shelter (if you wish)
4. Comfortable clothing to move in and sit or lay on the ground
5. Mask if you wish
